Kindly consider the following prior to booking an appointment -:

 

Avoid alcohol 48 hrs before treatment.

 

Avoid blood thinners 2 weeks prior to an appointment.

 

Avoid Vitamin E as well as fish oil and concentrated garlic products 2 weeks prior to appointment.

 

Please advise us -:

 

If you have a history of cold sores, start anti-viral medication (acyclovir and zovirax) 2 weeks before and continue 2 weeks after lip fillers.

 

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or trying for a baby, please disclose this as it will determine your eligibility for treatment.

 

If you have recently had any dental surgery or due to have dental surgery in the following three weeks

 

If you have migrated filler or lumps, you would need to book to have this dissolved before being treated.

 

If you have had covid vaccination 2 weeks before the vaccine or if you are due to have within three weeks of having fillers

 

If you are about to travel abroad, kindly book 2 weeks in advance.

 

If you have any allergies, intolerance, or sensitivities.

 

If you are vegan or vegetarian.

 

We cannot treat with lip fillers those who have had lip blush or lip tattooing treatments.

 

Terms and Fees

To secure and allocate all appointments we take a deposit which may range from 25% to 100% of the treatment cost, depending on the treatment being conducted.

 

Booking fees are non-refundable and count toward your final payment.

 

Consultation only

We charge a non- refundable £20 consultation fee, which would count toward the final balance on any treatment booked.

 

Cancellations

We require 48 hrs notice to cancel or re-schedule a booking.

No shows or less than 48 hrs notice results in a loss of your booking fee. This applies to review appointments also which would incur a £20 charge.

 

Payment

Is by card machine, cash, or bank transfer.

 

Attending appointment

Please attend the treatment room alone as there are no facilities to accommodate more than one client at a time.
